Hey there! I’m Zoë, a Destin beach girl through and through, with salt in my hair, sunshine in my soul, and a passion for helping businesses thrive online. I earned my bachelors degree in Marketing from Florida State University, and ever since, I’ve been dedicated to turning bland social media pages into engaging, personality-packed platforms that truly shine.

Now, about the name- Zoë Sophia LLC is more than just my name. It’s a tribute to my Yia-Yia, Sandy (Saundra), a singer who performed under the stage name “Wisdom” (Sophia). My own name, Zoë, means life in Greek. Together, they embody everything I strive for in social media management: bringing life to accounts that need energy and personality, and sharing wisdom with businesses struggling to find their voice in the digital space.

I graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, and I couldn’t have asked for a better four years! Alongside my studies, I worked in music events, gaining hands-on experience in the industry while balancing academics. My time at FSU also included countless volunteer hours, strengthening my marketing skills and deepening my passion for the field. Go Noles!

First Account

My journey in social media and marketing took off when I became the Marketing Director at Brooks and Shorey Resorts, a thriving property management and real estate company on the Emerald Coast. Over the course of a year and a half, I transformed their digital presence—from creating content for condo listings and vacant units to showcasing properties in fun, engaging, and informative ways.

I launched and grew the company's TikTok account, even achieving a viral video with over 25,000 views. Our Facebook page reached 7.5K followers, and I helped grow the Instagram community from just 90 to over 400 engaged followers within months. Bookings soared, guest reviews rolled in, and our email subscribers stayed connected with consistent, value-packed content.

My role went far beyond just social media. I designed flyers for community events like potlucks and holiday closings, created promotional content for the annual "Emerald Coast's Finest" event (where we proudly won 6 out of 8 categories!), and organized employee gatherings through local partnerships I personally established.

I produced reels and videos with walkthroughs, POVs, and day-in-the-life content. I even kept our audience updated daily with beach condition stories and exclusive coupon sales. One of my proudest projects was building a custom guidebook for all 163 units—complete with QR codes for seamless guest access—and developing marketing materials for our maintenance team, local partners, and town-wide pamphlet distributions.

This role ignited my passion for helping businesses grow through digital storytelling, and it's what inspired me to begin supporting multiple businesses through Zoe Sophia LLC.

Family Life

I’m lucky to share my life with my husband, Justin, our two lovable dogs, Kane and Gnocchi, and a wonderfully large, beautiful family. Family is one of my top priorities and core values—caring for others and building meaningful connections is at the heart of everything I do. Understanding the importance of family helps me connect with others on a deeper level, allowing me to bring both business and personal stories to life in a way that truly resonates. Family shapes who we are, and it’s the foundation of my approach to both life and work.
